This new standard reflects exactly who we are as a company: fast‑moving, transparent, and respectful of people’s time. You may hear this initiative referred to as our Rapid Response Hiring, and you’ll soon see it highlighted across our job posts, career site, and recruiting messages as part of our official 24‑Hour Hiring Standard.
This matters because we respect the time candidates invest, we know top talent moves quickly, and we want to be the benchmark other companies are compared to. Internally, this means the 24‑hour clock begins immediately after the final interview so every sales candidate will receive closure, no exceptions!
